What is medatixx?
The medatixx-HealthHub is a digital marketplace – a kind of app store developed specifically for medical practices. It is a digital ecosystem built around selected medatixx practice programs, where practices can choose from a growing range of vetted software solutions. Through modern, FHIR-based interfaces, software providers can integrate their applications directly into the practice software – securely, stably, and in accordance with international healthcare IT standards.

Nelly is an AI-powered software solution for medical and dental practices that automates administrative tasks – from patient admission, documentation, and billing to payment receipt. Based on the existing practice management system, Nelly reduces administrative effort, increases liquidity, and boosts revenue.

With Nelly in the medatixx-HealthHub, practices gain access from their familiar medatixx environment to digital applications that work securely and reliably with the practice software. Nelly supports this with digital anamnesis, digital document management, and factoring – solutions that take over administrative tasks and create more time for patients. Instead of disconnected individual solutions, these run directly integrated and from the familiar environment. This reduces media discontinuities and noticeably simplifies daily practice workflows.

Patients fill out their anamnesis forms digitally – conveniently from home or directly at the practice. The data is captured in a structured way and automatically lands in the practice software. This saves time at the reception and reduces errors due to illegible handwriting or missing information.
Digital Document Management
Documents such as privacy declarations, cost estimates, or treatment contracts can be signed digitally directly and easily – without a printer, without paper, without rework. Everything is automatically saved and accessible at any time.
Factoring
Nelly takes over receivables management: Outstanding invoices are paid out directly, the default risk is secured, and dunning is automated. This noticeably improves the practice's liquidity – without additional administrative effort.
